Medical testing in Germany can be tedious and stressful. Paper prescriptions get lost, handwriting can lead to wrong tests, and results are often full of expert jargon. The problem affects more than patients: doctors, testing facilities, and laboratories also deal with slow, manual, and error-prone workflows.

That’s what we set out to fix.

Paper prescriptions were error-prone, required manual data entry from clinics and laboratories, were easily lost by patients, and created unnecessary paper waste.

Test results were not sent automatically by labs, often forcing patients to pick them up manually. They also lacked clear visualization and historical data, making them inefficient for doctors to review and difficult for patients to understand due to confusing medical jargon. From prescription to test results, the full journey was fragmented, slow, and time-consuming for all actors involved.
